Sugartree Teaming up with this ministry in Wilmington Ohio is a great 101 mission experience. The Victory Project prepares monthly dinners to serve 150-200 homeless and rural poor in their community. Unlike other cafeteria style soup kitchens, Sugartree is a full service restaurant. Not only do we prepare the dinners, we serve people at their tables. We believe this cultivates a true servant spirit while allowing those we serve to experience dignity and individual significance. But Sugartree is much more than a soup kitchen, they have a bagged food pantry and a clothing area that would put any Salvation Army store to shame.
